How to Install a WordPress plugin from your WP administration ?
This quick guide describes how to manually install a WordPress plugin and activate the automatic upgrades from your WordPress admin. To see how to manually install a theme, read this documentation.
In order to utilize any of your plugins, you’ll need to first install and activate them. The process is just like installing a normal plugin.
In your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New.
From there you’ll see an option for “Upload”. Click the “Browse” button, navigate your computer files and select the .ZIP file for your downloaded extension. For an in-depth documentation about WordPress plugin manual installation, read the official WordPress.org documentation.
Simply activate the plugin like you do for any other plugins in your WordPress admin.
Once it’s uploaded, click the “Activate” link.
Activation key settings (for Pro users)
You will receive an activation key along with your purchase confirmation. As long as it is active, this key allows you to get automatic upgrades for the purchased WordPress plugin and get access to the support forums.
To activate your key, Go to Plugins > Press Customizr Keys, paste your key, save, activate and you’re done.
