We couldn't reach our remote server to get the latest version of the theme

This can happen in some rare cases. 

One of the possible cause is that your website IP adress has been temporarily blocked by our firewall for some reason.

Please contact us via the  support form and let us know the IP adress of your website. We'll check if it's been nlocked and will unblock the IP if necessary.
