How will I receive and where can I download the files of my purchased product ?
As soon as you order is completed with your chosen plan, you'll be able to download your WordPress theme or plugin right as a .zip file ( what is a .zip file ? ) from the payment confirmation page, or from the confirmation email, or from your account. Let's quickly review all possibilities.
Downloading your product from your purchase receipt email
You will receive a purchase receipt on the email address provided at checkout.
This email includes a download link to your product, your activation key, and links to the online documentation if needed.
Once downloaded, you'll be able to easily install and activate your purchased WordPress theme.
You can download your purchased product by clicking on the link in the purchase receipt email we've sent you.
Downloading your product from your account
You can connect at any time to your account on presscustomizr.com, and download your purchased product from there. (for example if the 72 hours link included in your purchase receipt has expired )

Your account is a secured encrypted page where you can :
- download your purchased files,
- get your activation key(s),
- change the domain(s) assigned to your key(s),
- download your invoice,

Once downloaded, you'll be able to easily install and activate your purchased WordPress theme.
Download product file format
Our product are delivered as .zip files. ( what is a .zip file on wikipedia ? )
To install your purchased wordPress plugin or theme, you don't need to unzip the .zip file. Check the following documentation to install your WordPress theme or plugin
