For a theme

Connect to your WordPress administration on your-site.com/wp-admin,
then navigate to Appearance > Themes,
and click on the theme that you need to check.

Then verify that the version number next to the theme is the latest one.

For a plugin

Connect to your WordPress administration on your-site.com/wp-admin,
then navigate to Plugins,
Search for the plugin you need to check, and check the version located below the plugin short description.

How to update your theme or plugin to its latest version ?

When purchasing a pro theme or plugin on presscustomizr.com, you'll receive version update notifications in your WordPress administration as soon as your license key is activated.

If for any reason, like for example when working on a staging site, you did not activate your product key, you can download the latest version of your product at any time from your account on presscustomizr.com, and then manually update the theme or plugin.
